i. Orders:
All custom orders require FULL  funda at the time
the order is placed.  Please note: if deposits can be negotiated they are are non-refundable.  If you change your
mind or decide not to purchase the item, for any reason, after the order has been placed,
there will be no refund provided.  With that in mind, please be sure you are certain about
your purchase prior to placing the order, as no deposits will be refunded.
In our attempt for perfection we handcraft each wig, and then are styled by hand so they might
slightly differ. Upon request, we will send pictures of the completed wig to the buyer, prior to
final payment and shipping, to ensure the buyer is satisfied with the work.  We highly
encourage you to stay in touch with us and ask us to show you the progress of your wig
before we ship. The beauty of it is that not one wig will be exactly like the other and she will
be your own customization!

ii. Shipping:
Please allow 5 to 8 weeks for the completion of each wig, and 3 more business days
for the order to be shipped. Arrival will depend on the carrier. Tracking numbers will help with exact delivery dates. Extra shipping costs will be charged for international orders to ensure the hair
piece will arrive safely to each destination. Sooner dates can be arranged upon request and
rush fees may be added. If you are a local buyer in the South Florida region, arrangements
can be made for pick-up or hand delivery (additional costs included).

iii. Privacy Policy:
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy
seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. When you purchase
something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal
information you give us such as your name, address, email address, and payment
information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not
sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and we want to make your
experience with your wigs is as transparent as possible. All of our wigs are handcrafted
(custom-made) artistic creations, and are therefore considered special orders. ALL SPECIAL

i. Alterations And Exchanges:
If you are completely unsatisfied with your custom order you must contact customer
service within 24 hours of receiving your wig so we can revisit it and make arrangements for
any alterations. Exchanges can be negotiated but are not guaranteed. Once the wig has
been worn it is no longer our responsibility, however reach out to us as we appreciate any
feedback to make our wigs perfect.  

ii. Defective Product:
If your wig is defective upon arrival, please contact customer service as soon as
possible with the details of the product and the defect. We will work to fix any defect or
damage to your wig as quickly as possible.
